Wandelt dauert, aber Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt geht was weiter!<\/p>\n<h2>Um was geht&#8217;s im Podcast?<\/h2>\n<p>Es wurden quantitative und qualitative Untersuchungen unter albanischen LehrerInnen durchgef\u00fchrt von unseren albanischen KollegInnen. Es wurde gefragt: Was w\u00fcnschen sich albanische LehrerInnen f\u00fcr ihre Weiterbildung? Die Ergebnisse stelle ich im Podcast vor \ud83d\ude42 Kleiner Spoiler: Die W\u00fcnsche sind wohl in \u00d6sterreich und Deutschland ganz \u00e4hnlicher Natur&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6xcT4G5F980\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>Was seit dem passiert ist?<\/h2>\n<p>Wir arbeiten gemeinsam mit unseren KollegInnen der Uni Turku sowie unseren albanischen KollegInnen an einem Weiterbildungs-Curriculum.
