Das Poster ist das erste Puzzle-St\u00fcck im Rahmen meiner Master-Arbeit im Studium Angewandtes Wissensmanagement, Barbara Geyer-Hayden ist meine Betreuerin \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Und mein Forschungsgegenstand sind die Studierenden des Studiengangs Personalmanagement und Kompetenzentwicklung mit neuen Medien (PKNM &#8211; von und auch gerne &#8220;Pokemon&#8221; ausgesprochen, weil PKNM ein ziemlicher Zungenbrecher ist&#8230;), der an meinem Department angeboten wird. Ich m\u00f6chte gerne etwas im Rahmen der Masterarbeit machen, das nicht nur mich interessiert, aber auch meinem Department von Nutzen ist \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Irmgard Fallmann war zum Start meiner Arbeiten zu diesem Thema Lehrgangsleitung von PKNM, mittlerweile ist sie Leiterin des eLearningcenters an der Donau-Uni. CoPs bieten hier M\u00f6glichkeiten zwischen den beiden Lernformen zu vermitteln &#8211; denn wir wollen das implizite Erfahrungslernen der Studierenden, ihr Vorwissen, ber\u00fccksichtigen und im Studium darauf aufbauen und individuelle Lernwege erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n<p>In CoPs kann implizites Wissen, das oft aus informellem Lernen wie etwa Erfahrungslernen resultiert, rasch und einfach geteilt werden. Dies passiert implizit oder durch Externalisation (Nonaka &amp; Takeushi 1996),\u00a0 etwa durch die Schaffung von Artefakten, die auf der gemeinsamen Praxis basieren. Damit trifft eine informelle Komponente auf eine formelle Komponente, das Informelle kann durch die Externalisierung formalisiert werden, das implizite Erfahrungslernen dadurch auch etwa im formalen Lernen an der Hochschule eingebunden werden.<\/p>\n<h3>Problem: Informelle Handlungen in CoPs sind f\u00fcr TutorInnen nicht sichtbar<\/h3>\n<p>Wie kann man trotzdem Engangement in f\u00fcr das Online-Fernstudium relevante CoPs unterst\u00fctzen, um damit deep learning zu stimulieren? Wie muss daf\u00fcr das didaktische Design aussehen? Wie k\u00f6nnen dabei Mentoring-Prozesse unterst\u00fctzen?<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e4sentation beim #elt18<\/h2>\n<p>Ich arbeite noch am Forschungsdesign, im Moment noch work-in-progress. Am eLearning Tag habe ich durch Gespr\u00e4che mit verschiedensten Menschen im Bereich eLearning (LehrerInnen, HR-MitarbeiterInnen in Unternehmen, Hochschulehrende und ForschInnen) hilfreiche R\u00fcckmeldungen bekommen. Neue Perspektiven haben sich mir erschlossen, die ich in das Forschungsdesign einbinden werde.<\/p>\n<p>Besonders hat mir am #elt18 auch gefallen, dass ich <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gillysalmon.com\/\">Gilly Salmon<\/a> live sprechen gesehen\/geh\u00f6rt habe. Ich habe schon viel <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/category\/mawm\/\">in meinem Studium <\/a>\u00fcber sie geh\u00f6rt &#8211; sie jetzt live zu sehen war super und es war jedenfalls gutes Input f\u00fcr die Praxis dabei!
