In Castelldefels habe ich mit Lehrlingsinformierer und Experten f\u00fcr duale Ausbildungen Robert Frasch an einem Trainingskonzept zur F\u00f6rderung und Verfeinerung von dualen Studieng\u00e4ngen get\u00fcftelt. Insbesondere geht es dabei um die Entwicklung von Kompetenzen von MentorInnen im Betrieb sowie in Hochschulen. Im<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/300787447380267\/\"> ApprEnt-Workshop am 12.12.2018<\/a> wollen wir gemeinsam mit Hochschulangestellten und Unternehmen die Module diskutieren. Es sollen u.a. folgende Fragen beantwortet werden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Was sollen MentorInnen k\u00f6nnen? Was ist ihre Aufgabe im dualen Studium?<\/li>\n<li>Wie sieht der Lernprozess von Studierenden im dualen Studium aus &#8211; der ePortfolio-Ansatz als lernendenzentrierte und kompetenzorientierte Basis nutzen?<\/li>\n<li>Wie beeinflusst das Curriculum die Arbeit von MentorInnen? Welche Rolle spielen Lernergebnisse?<\/li>\n<li>Wie k\u00f6nnen wir MentorInnen am besten schulen? Online, offline oder blended?<\/li>\n<li>Soll es ein Zertifikat zum Training mit summativer \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung geben? Oder reicht formatives Feedback?<\/li>\n<li>Passt ein modularisierter Aufbau des Trainings?
