Wo liegen die Vorteile?<\/li><li>Welche Erfahrungen wurden in Estland bez\u00fcglich duales Studium gesammelt? Besonders hervorgehoben hat sie, dass es um die Einstellung des Unternehmens geht: Man m\u00f6chte die ArbeitnehmerInnen ausbilden, da dies n\u00f6tig ist f\u00fcr den <strong>langfristigen Erfolg<\/strong> des Unternehmens. Bildung wird gef\u00f6rdert, selbst wenn die Gefahr besteht, dass die Angestellten das Unternehmen verlassen, falls sie sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal keine weiteren Entwicklungschancen im Unternehmen haben. Auch wichtige Punkte f\u00fcr das duale Studium wurden identifiziert.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Es braucht beides: Lebens- bzw. Arbeitserfahrung, aber auch Wissen aus der Theorie. Ein duales Studium verbindet beides und ist damit f\u00fcr die Studierenden extrem sinnstiftend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kann die Hochschule aber die <strong>Integration<\/strong> bieten? Was muss sich dazu \u00e4ndern? Die estnischen KollegInnen aus der Hochschule haben betont: Die Lehrpl\u00e4ne und die Vortragenden m\u00fcssen extrem flexibel sein und sich den Bed\u00fcrfnissen bzw. den <strong>individuellen Lernwegen<\/strong> der meist \u00e4lteren und erfahrenen Studierenden anpassen.  <br>Der durchschnittliche duale Studierende in Estland ist etwa <strong>40 Jahre alt<\/strong> und bringt damit schon viele Kompetenzen und F\u00e4higkeiten mit.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/img_3256_47957145786_o-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1327\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/img_3256_47957145786_o-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/img_3256_47957145786_o-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/img_3256_47957145786_o-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption> Spannendes Input f\u00fcr das Team gab es auch in Vortr\u00e4gen der KollegInnen von der Universit\u00e4t Tallinn sowie in Workshops.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmen ist dar\u00fcber hinaus wichtig: <strong>Unternehmen m\u00fcssen identifizieren, welche Kompetenzen sie in Zukunft ben\u00f6tigen<\/strong>. Basierend darauf und den Empfehlungen der Hochschule kann ein Curriculum entworfen werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Potential f\u00fcr Konflikte?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein m\u00f6glicher Konflikt bei der Curriculumsentwicklung zwischen Unternehmen und Hochschulen entstehen, wenn die Unternehmen auf ihren kurzfristigen Erfolg ausgerichtet sich Aus- und Weiterbildung an Universit\u00e4ten erwarten. Dies spie\u00dft sich oftmals mit den Zielen der Universit\u00e4t, die einen wesentlich weiter gefassten Bildungsauftrag erf\u00fcllt. Damit sollten durch ein (duales) Studium breitere Kompetenzen gef\u00f6rdert werden &#8211; nicht nur Fachkompetenzen, denn in Zukunft sind insbesondere transversale F\u00e4higkeiten ausschlaggebend f\u00fcr den Erfolg von Unternehmen (siehe <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/2018\/06\/12\/vpet18-building-bridges-between-labour-market-and-higher-education\/\">Ergebnisse<\/a> des International Congress for Vocational and Professional Education 2018)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/IMG_20190529_101146-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1328\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/IMG_20190529_101146-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/IMG_20190529_101146-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><figcaption>Marge Korvits, Open Learning Specialist an der Universit\u00e4t Tallinn betont die Relevanz von Validierungsverfahren f\u00fcr duale Studienprogramme. Sowohl f\u00fcr fr\u00fchere Lernerfahrungen, als auch f\u00fcr aktuelle Lernerfahrungen am Arbeitsplatz ist Validierung essentiell und damit im Grunde Teil des dualen Studiums.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/category\/validation-of-non-formal-and-informal-learning\/\">Validierung von fr\u00fcherem Lernen<\/a> spielt eine Rolle, denn einige der Studierenden verf\u00fcgen m\u00f6glicherweise bereits \u00fcber manche im Curriculum formulierten Kompetenzen und k\u00f6nnen dies auch in einem Verfahren, etwa durch ein <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/category\/eportfolio\/\">ePortfolio<\/a>, beweisen. Dies ist in Estland bereits an der Tagesordnung. In \u00d6sterreich ist Validierung noch nicht sehr verbreitet und auch das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Vorteile dieses Verfahrens nicht da.
