{"id":1338,"date":"2019-07-03T17:40:05","date_gmt":"2019-07-03T15:40:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/isabellgru.eu\/?p=1338"},"modified":"2024-04-24T14:43:57","modified_gmt":"2024-04-24T12:43:57","slug":"dual-studieren-in-osterreich","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/2019\/07\/03\/dual-studieren-in-osterreich\/","title":{"rendered":"Duale Tagung zum dualen Studium in \u00d6sterrich"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Fit f\u00fcr die Zukunft mit dem dualen Studium: Mit Vorteilen f\u00fcr Studierende, KMU und Hochschulen. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Am 19.6.2019 fand das dritte und damit letzte ApprEnt-Event in \u00d6sterreich statt &#8211; und zwar als &#8220;duale Tagung&#8221;. ApprEnt m\u00f6chte das Studienformat &#8220;Duales Studium&#8221; in Europa f\u00f6rdern. Es wurden Chancen und Hindernisse in \u00d6sterreich diskutiert und good practice-Beispiele ausgetauscht.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"663\" src=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/ScreenShot403-1024x663.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1339\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/ScreenShot403-1024x663.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/ScreenShot403-300x194.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/ScreenShot403-768x498.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/ScreenShot403.jpg 1207w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption>Entweder online dabei sein oder direkt in den Seminarraum an der Donau-Uni vorbeischauen -beides war m\u00f6glich!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Tagung war dual in zweifacher Weise:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Die Teilnehmenden und Vortragenden waren <strong>in \u00d6sterreich verteilt<\/strong> und daher haben wir ein Format genutzt, bei dem man <strong>sowohl online via Zoom als auch in Pr\u00e4senz<\/strong> an der Donau-Universit\u00e4t Krems dabei sein konnte<\/li><li>Das Thema war &#8220;<strong>Dual studieren<\/strong> in \u00d6sterreich&#8221; &#8211; <strong>Theorie und Praxis auf Hochschulniveau verbinden<\/strong>!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Organisiert wurde die Tagung im Rahmen des EU-Projekts ApprEnt von Robert Frasch (Senat der Wirtschaft), meinen KollegInnen am <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donau-uni.ac.at\/de\/universitaet\/fakultaeten\/bildung-kunst-architektur\/departments\/weiterbildungsforschung-bildungstechnologien\/zentren\/bildungstechnologische-forschung.html\">Zentrum f\u00fcr bildungstechnologische Forschung<\/a> und mir. Es waren unter anderem KollegInnen von der Donau-Uni dabei, von der FH Hagenberg und der FH Wr. Neustadt. Online waren es dann noch mehr mit der FH Vorarlberg, der FH St. P\u00f6lten und KollegInnen aus Unternehmen. Auch duale Studierende haben teilgenommen und \u00fcber ihre Erfahrungen berichtet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist ein duales Studium \u00fcberhaupt? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die HTL Sch\u00fclerInnen war erstmal die Beantwortung der Frage wichtig, <strong>was denn \u00fcberhaupt ein duales Studium ist<\/strong>. Dieses Studienformat ist in \u00d6sterreich noch nicht allzu bekannt. Dem wollen wir mit dem Projekt ApprEnt begegnen. In meiner einf\u00fchrenden Pr\u00e4sentation habe ich beschrieben, worum es sich bei einem dualen Studium handelt und dar\u00fcber hinaus auch \u00fcber das Projekt ApprEnt gesprochen und die Outcomes, die wir erarbeitet haben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ein <strong>Trainingkonzept f\u00fcr MentorInnen<\/strong> im Betrieb und in Hochschulen (das nur darauf wartet, bald angewandt zu werden &#8211; es ist frei verf\u00fcgbar!)<\/li><li>Mehr als <strong>30 Fallstudien<\/strong> aus mehreren europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern mit Beispielen, wie duale Studienprogramme umgesetzt werden <\/li><li>Guidelines und Empfehlungen, wie man Vertr\u00e4ge mit Hochschulen, Unternehmen und Studierenden aufsetzen kann f\u00fcr ein duales Studium<\/li><li><strong>Empfehlungen an die Politik<\/strong><\/li><li>Ein <strong>&#8220;Advocacy Pack&#8221;<\/strong>: Welche Vorteile gibt es beim dualen Studium? Wie kann man KollegInnen in Hochschulen sowie Unternehmen \u00fcberzeugen? (dabei muss man nat\u00fcrlich auch immer die Herausforderungen bedenken &#8211; nicht kaschieren)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All diese Outcomes werden auf Deutsch \u00fcbersetzt und sollen ab Oktober auf  unserer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donau-uni.ac.at\/de\/universitaet\/fakultaeten\/bildung-kunst-architektur\/departments\/weiterbildungsforschung-bildungstechnologien\/forschung\/Projekte1\/apprent---refining-higher-education-apprenticeships-with-enterprises-in-europe.html\">ApprEnt Projektseite<\/a> sowie auf meinem Blog verf\u00fcgbar sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1 Thema, unterschiedliche Perspektiven<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Tagung war mir wichtig, dass ich verschiedene Perspektiven mit hineinbringe.<strong> Frau Szondy von der FH St. P\u00f6lten<\/strong> besch\u00e4ftigt sich schon lange mit dem Studienformat und dessen didaktischen Design. Sie ist zudem auch Mitglied von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dualstudieren.at\/\">dualstudieren.at<\/a> &#8211; einem Netzwerk von Hochschulen, die duale Studienprogramme anbieten. <strong>Herr Geiger von der FH Vorarlberg<\/strong> mit seiner Erfahrung als Studiengangsleiter von dualen Studiengangsleiter. Sie haben auch \u00fcber viel positive Resonanz in den Betrieben berichtet &#8211; man kann wirklich <strong>spannende Projekte verwirklichen <\/strong>und Theorie und Praxis verzahnen.
