Masterabschluss mit meiner Mustersammlung<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Im Januar 2019 habe ich meine Masterarbeit “Eine Mustersammlung f\u00fcr Feedback. Feedback-orientiertes Lernen und Lehren mit dem ePortfolio in der Hochschule durch Handlungsmuster f\u00f6rdern.”<\/strong> an der FH Burgenland erfolgreich verteidigt und damit den letzten Schritt getan, um den Master of Arts in Business im Studium Angewandtes Wissensmanagement zu erlangen. Jetzt darf ich BEd, BSc, MA nach meinem Namen tragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hintergrund der Mustersammlung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ATS2020 und Dr. Andrea Ghoneim, die damals das Projekt betreut hat, waren der Startpunkt f\u00fcr meine \u00dcberlegungen.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Die Mustersammlung ist urspr\u00fcnglich im Rahmen des Projekts ATS2020<\/a> entstanden. Ziel des Projekts war es, f\u00e4cher\u00fcbergreifende F\u00e4higkeiten bei K12-Sch\u00fclerInnen zu f\u00f6rdern. Im Projekt stand insbesondere formatives Feedback und digitale Kompetenz (ePortfolio als Methode)<\/strong> im Mittelpunkt, um damit verschiedene f\u00e4cher\u00fcbergreifende F\u00e4higkeiten zu f\u00f6rdern. Beim Projekt handelte es sich um einen Schulversuch<\/strong> mit mehr als 200 teilnehmenden Schulen, 800 Lehrenden un 10 000 Sch\u00fclerInnen<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir haben uns die Frage gestellt: Wie kann man die Lehrenden schulen, digitale Werkzeuge und formatives Feedback im Unterricht einzusetzen, auch wenn die Lehrenden noch nicht viel Erfahrung damit haben? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eine Mustersammlung wurde als gute L\u00f6sung identifiziert und es wurde auch eine Internetplattform f\u00fcr die Lehrenden<\/a> entwickelt. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Mustersammlung nicht nur f\u00fcr Lehrende von K12 Sch\u00fclerInnen n\u00fctzlich sein kann, sondern auch im Hochschulbereich<\/strong>. Dies war der Beginn meiner Masterarbeit, in der ich die Ergebnisse aus ATS2020 weiterentwickelt und verfeinert habe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich habe zwischen Oktober 2016 und Dezember 2018 die Mustersammlung iterativ weiterentwickelt. Ich habe sie auf verschiedenen Konferenzen <\/strong>vorgestellt und Feedback gesammelt. Dadurch konnte ich die Forschungsfragen und die Forschungsmethode entwickeln. Der Austausch mit verschiedenen Communities: Hochschullehrende, Lehrende in Schulen und die Pattern-Community<\/strong> hat mir wirklich weitergeholfen (siehe Seite 27-29 in meiner Masterarbeit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ATS2020 Status Quo im Sommer 2019: Basierend auf einer Literaturanalyse und einem Reviewprozess werden digitale Tools bzw. Softwarearchitekturen ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Es geht weiter mit ATS 2020 – im Folgeprojekt ATS STEM geht es darum, wie man STEM (also MINT)-F\u00e4higkeiten bei Sch\u00fclerInnen f\u00f6rdern kann.
