In meiner vierten Podcast-Episode spreche ich dar\u00fcber, wie ich zum Bloggen gekommen bin und was ich daran sch\u00e4tze.&nbsp;Das&nbsp;Einbinden&nbsp;in&nbsp;den&nbsp;Alltag&nbsp;ist&nbsp;nicht&nbsp;immer&nbsp;einfach&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;aber&nbsp;lohnenswert&nbsp;\ud83d\ude42<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mein vierter Podcast ist inspiriert durch die Lehrveranstaltungsvorbeitung f\u00fcr den Lehrgang #PKNM10 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donau-uni.ac.at\/de\/studium\/personalmanagement-und-kompetenzentwicklung-mit-neuen-medien.html\">Master f\u00fcr Personalmanagement und Kompetenzentwicklung mit neuen Medien<\/a> an der Donau-Universit\u00e4t Krems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gemeinsam mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donau-uni.ac.at\/de\/universitaet\/organisation\/mitarbeiterinnen\/person\/4295275364\">Elke Lantschik <\/a>gestalte ich das Modul &#8220;virtuelle Kooperation&#8221;. Ich \u00fcbernehme einen Teil des Moduls, mit einem Fokus auf das Thema &#8220;bloggen&#8221;. Ich \u00fcber meinem Blogging-Hintergrund, wann ich blogge und wie ich davon profitiere. Auch spreche ich kurz \u00fcber <a href=\"https:\/\/workingoutloud.com\/de\/circle-guides\">Working-Out-Loud<\/a>, einen Ansatz, dem ich durch mein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fh-burgenland.at\/studieren\/master-studiengaenge\/ma-angewandtes-wissensmanagement\/kontakt\/\">Studium Angewandtes Wissensmanagement bei Barbara Geyer-Hayden<\/a> n\u00e4her gekommen bin und der sehr gut zum Bloggen passt! <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/category\/mawm\/\">Hier <\/a>sind auch ein paar Blogposts zu finden, die ich im Rahmen meines Studiums verfasst habe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wieso bloggt ihr oder habt ihr schon einmal dar\u00fcber nachgedacht? <\/li><li>Wie baut ihr das Bloggen in euren Alltag ein, bloggt ihr regelm\u00e4\u00dfig? <\/li><li>Benutzt ihr WordPress?
