Blogparade?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ich starte meine erste Blogparade, und zwar f\u00fcr das Teilmodul “Blog to Grow”, das ich im Rahmen des Studiengangs Personalmanagement und Kompetenzentwicklung mit neuen Medien<\/a> (#PKNM10) an der Donau-Universit\u00e4t Krems betreuen darf. Aber Achtung: Nicht nur Studierende sind eingeladen mitzumachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was ist eine Blogparade eigentlich? Hier eine Definition:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Bei einer Blogparade legt ein Blogger ein Thema fest, zu dem er in der Regel mehrere Fragen formuliert. Innerhalb des von ihm vorgegebenen Zeitraums k\u00f6nnen sich nun alle Blogger an der Parade beteiligen. Das bedeutet: Jeder Blogger kann auf seinem eigenen Blog einen Beitrag zu dem vorgegebenen Thema schreiben. Gleichzeitig verlinkt er im eigenen Blog auf die Ausschreibung der Blogparade und gibt anschlie\u00dfend dem Veranstalter Bescheid, dass er mitgemacht hat.”<\/em> <\/p>

Die #PKNM10 Studierenden nehmen jedenfalls an der Blogparade teil, manche \u00f6ffentlich, manche privater im Rahmen der Studiengruppe. Ich w\u00fcrde das Studium gerne \u00f6ffnen und h\u00f6ren, was Andere zum Thema zu sagen haben und in Diskurs mit ihnen treten \ud83d\ude42 Also, nun aber zum Thema der Blogparade:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zielgruppe der Blogparade: HR Professionals. Aber gerne k\u00f6nnen auch andere Stakeholder aus ihrer Perspektive berichten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als Inspiration zuerst ein Auszug aus “Typology of contemporary corporate communication channels”<\/a> (2019), dort beschreibt Forscher Oltarzhevskyi die Bedeutung von sozialen Netzwerken f\u00fcr Unternehmen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“In general, communication through social networks is based on a win-win strategy. In other words, the company wants to be heard, and the audience wants to get useful information about new products or services, interesting news from brand, etc. On the pages of social networks, the interests of both sides coincide. According to scientists, thanks to the development of social media channels, people can learn about a product or service through reviews, blogs or groups and decide whether or not to use that product or service. Then, organizations are no longer the ones in power at the moment of controlling information about their products in the social media world. It is important to understand that there are still companies who need to work on strategies for embracing social media for communication (McCorkindale, 2010).”<\/em> (aus Oltarzhevskyi, 2019)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dabei ist Blogging ein Tool, das sowohl nach innen gerichtet, als auch nach au\u00dfen gerichtet wirksam ist (vgl. Oltarzhevskyi 2019, S. 617<\/a>).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thema unserer #PKNM10 Blogparade<\/strong> ist “Soziale Netzwerke, Blogging und HR”. <\/strong>Es soll auf folgende Fragen eingegangen werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Was bedeutet die Kommunikation in sozialen Netzwerken f\u00fcr den Bereich Human Resources? Welche Rolle kann Blogging im HR spielen?<\/li>
  2. Ihre eigene Erfahrung: (Wie) Nutzen Sie als HR-Professional soziale Medien und Blogging? Pers\u00f6nlich und oder beruflich – oder verschwimmen vielleicht die Grenzen? Wie gehen Sie damit um?
    1. Soziale Medien – das bedeutet oft auch Reiz\u00fcberflutung oder kann ein Zeitfresser sein. Wie kann man mit diesem Nachteil und auch anderen Nachteilen als HR-Professional umgehen?<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Blogpost schreiben<\/li>
      2. Posten in den sozialen Medien via #PKNM10 (Twitter, Linkedin oder Facebook)<\/li>
      3. Hier in den Kommentaren den Link zu deinem Blogpost posten \ud83d\ude42 – fertig!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Einreichen\/posten bis 19.01.2020!<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Ich werde dann nach Ablauf der Einreich-Deadline eine \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber alle Einreichungen hier auf isabellgru.eu erstellen und in den sozialen Medien posten. Ich bin gespannt auf die Blogposts!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
