Geht die Rechnung auf? Im<a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/2019\/11\/22\/pknm10-blogparade-soziale-netzwerke-blogging-und-hr\/\"> Blogparaden-Aufruf <\/a>von Mitte November habe ich HR Professionals dazu eingeladen rund um folgende Fragestellungen zu bloggen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Was bedeutet die Kommunikation in sozialen Netzwerken f\u00fcr den Bereich Human Resources? Welche Rolle kann Blogging im HR spielen?<\/li><li>Ihre eigene Erfahrung: (Wie) Nutzen Sie als HR-Professional soziale Medien und Blogging? Pers\u00f6nlich und oder beruflich \u2013 oder verschwimmen vielleicht die Grenzen?<\/li><li>Soziale Medien \u2013 das bedeutet oft auch Reiz\u00fcberflutung oder kann ein Zeitfresser sein. Wie kann man mit diesem Nachteil und auch anderen Nachteilen als HR-Professional umgehen?<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 Cluster: Lernen, Recruiting und HRM allgemein<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich habe alle Beitr\u00e4ge mit gro\u00dfer Freude gelesen &#8211; was f\u00fcr eine Bereicherung! Ich habe versucht die angesprochenen Themen zu clustern, dazu habe ich <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Google_Jamboard\">Google Jamboard <\/a>genutzt (\u00fcbrigens auch ein super Tool zum Online Brainstormen in virtuellen Teams!) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dabei haben sich<strong> 3 gro\u00dfe Themenbereiche<\/strong> herausgebildet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lernprozesse f\u00f6rdern durch Soziale Medien<\/li><li>Recruiting und Employer Branding<\/li><li>HRM &amp; Social Networks allgemein: Strategie, Kultur, Chancen und Gefahren<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Privatwirtschaft vs. \u00f6ffentlicher Dienst<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dabei wurde vor allem auf den Fall &#8220;Unternehmen in der Privatwirtschaft&#8221; eingegangen. Es war spannend in die Online-Welt des HR einzutauchen und das HR Netzwerk auf Twitter und auf Facebook n\u00e4her kennenzulernen. Ich habe die Blogparade im Rahmen der Lehrveranstaltung &#8220;Virtuelle Kooperation&#8221; f\u00fcr den zehnten Durchgang des Universit\u00e4tslehrgangs &#8220;Personalmanagement und Kompetenzentwicklung mit neuen Medien&#8221; (PKNM10) ins Leben gerufen. Dabei haben viele Studierende \u00f6ffentlich mit ihrem ersten Blogpost mitgemacht, aber auch viele andere Menschen, die sich mit HR besch\u00e4ftigen. Das freut mich sehr &#8211; denn mir liegt viel daran Hochschule &#8220;aufzumachen&#8221; sowie Praxis und Theorie zu verbinden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Von <strong>Claudia Lorber <\/strong>wurde ich zum <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xing.com\/events\/xing-puls-hr-wien-catcontent-machdierobbe-dollypartonchallenge-hr-unbedingt-2734883\">XING Puls HR Event<\/a> am 18.2. in Wien eingeladen &#8211; dort darf ich Ergebnisse und Erfahrung mit der Blogparade pitchen. Vielleicht werde ich auch ein paar Details zur n\u00e4chsten Blogparade verraten \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chapeau!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich ziehe meinen Hut auch vor allem vor den Studierenden. In einem knappen 1ECTS Teilmodul haben sie sich in kurzer Zeit viele neue Skills angeeignet und einige haben sich sogar getraut mit dem ersten Blogpost \u00f6ffentlich zu gehen! Ein gro\u00dfer Schritt! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die n\u00e4chste Blogparade kommt bestimmt!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr alle, die die Deadline verpasst haben oder sich noch nicht ganz getraut haben \u00f6ffentlich mitzumachen: Ich freue mich schon auf die n\u00e4chste Blogparade, die sp\u00e4testens Mitte Mai angek\u00fcndigt wird. Ich halte euch am Laufenden.
