Mein Thema war: Was sind die Gefahren im Web? Was h\u00e4lt vielleicht auf, dass man darin aktiv wird? Und wieso lohnt es sich trotzdem?&nbsp;Es folgt eine Zusammenfassung des Vortrags und am&nbsp;Ende&nbsp;des&nbsp;Blogposts&nbsp;stehen&nbsp;alle&nbsp;Vortragsfolien&nbsp;via&nbsp;Slideshare&nbsp;zur&nbsp;Verf\u00fcgung.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dabei habe ich einen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/2020\/02\/11\/blog-to-grow\/\">kleinen Auszug aus meinen Coaching-Einheiten&nbsp;im Teilmodul&nbsp;&#8220;Blog&nbsp;to&nbsp;Grow&#8221;<\/a> des Lehrgangs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donau-uni.ac.at\/de\/studium\/personalmanagement-und-kompetenzentwicklung-mit-neuen-medien.html\">Personalmanagement und Kompetenzentwicklung mit neuen Medien<\/a> an der Donau-Universit\u00e4t Krems pr\u00e4sentiert. (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Panopticon#\/media\/Datei:Presidio-modelo2.JPG\" target=\"_blank\">Presidio Modelo &#8211; Picture by I, Friman (2005), CC BY-SA 3.0<\/a>) <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei einem <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Panopticon \">Panopticum<\/a> handelt es sich um eine Bauweise, die etwa f\u00fcr <strong>Gef\u00e4ngnisse oder Fabriken<\/strong> genutzt wurde. Im Bild oben sieht man, wie ein Panopticum aussehen kann. In der Mitte sitzt der W\u00e4rter im Turm, in den Zellen sitzen die Insassen. Letztere sehen den W\u00e4rter\/die W\u00e4rterin im Turm nicht, diese\/r k\u00f6nnte sie jederzeit beurteilen und bewerten. Und im schlimmsten Fall bestraften.  <br><strong>Soziale Netzwerke haben einen ganz \u00e4hnlichen Effekt:<\/strong> Man wird jederzeit beobachtet, wei\u00df aber nicht von wem und was sich diese Menschen denken. (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S1096751616302639\" target=\"_blank\">Waycott et al. 2017<\/a>) Durchaus ein Risiko, durch Interaktionen im Netzwerk wird man angreifbar und im Worst Case hat man es mit <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Troll_(Netzkultur)\">Trolls<\/a> zu tun oder kassiert unbeabsichtigt einen <a href=\"https:\/\/onlinemarketing.de\/lexikon\/definition-shitstorm\">Shitstorm<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 Gr\u00fcnde, wieso es sich dennoch lohnt&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Folie10-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1491\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Folie10-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Folie10-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Folie10-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Folie10.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption>&#8220;We do not learn from experience&#8230;we learn from reflecting on experience&#8221; (<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/John_Dewey\">John Dewey<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerade am Arbeitsplatz hat man es mit informellem Lernen zu tun (dies hat auch<a href=\"https:\/\/socialworkplacelearning.wordpress.com\/2020\/01\/20\/personalentwicklung-neu-denken-informelles-lernen-neue-medien\/\"> PKNM-Vortragende Christiana Scholz in ihrem Blogpost<\/a> f\u00fcr die #PKNM10 Blogparade gut beschrieben). Diese Art lernen basiert auf  t\u00e4glichen Erfahrungen und resultiert in einen Pool an impliziten Wissen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Nachteil: Diese Art Wissen \u00e4u\u00dfert sich meist wie ein <strong>&#8220;Bauchgef\u00fchl&#8221;<\/strong>, man kann aber oftmals nicht genau artikulieren, wieso man so f\u00fchlt. Durch Reflexion l\u00e4sst sich Wissen explizit formulieren, dadurch kann man besser darauf aufbauen, es thematisieren und gezielt einsetzen. Und vor allem: Weitergeben! Und zwar nicht nur 1:1 durch Lernen als Vorbild, sondern bis zu einem gewissen Grad auch 1:N &#8211; da das Wissen explizit verbalisiert wurde. Wer sich mehr f\u00fcr dieses Thema interessiert, denen empfehle ich bei <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/2016\/08\/19\/sharing-tacit-knowledge\/\">Nonaka &amp; Takeshi<\/a> sowie <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/2016\/08\/03\/polanyi-tacit-knowledge-and-its-aspects\/\">Polanyi<\/a> hineinzuschm\u00f6kern. Mit Prof. Peter Baumgartner habe ich auch ein <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/2018\/06\/14\/is-tacit-knowledge-communicable-published\/\">Buchkapitel (&#8220;Is tacit knowledge communicable?&#8221;)<\/a> dazu publiziert, das vielleicht interessant sein k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Branding. Die Entwicklung einer pers\u00f6nlichen Marke ist ein kontinuierlicher Prozess, der die <strong>Interaktion<\/strong> mit anderen erfordert &#8211; online sowie offline (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/313256001_The_Importance_of_Personal_Branding_in_Social_Media_Educating_Students_to_Create_and_Manage_their_Personal_Brand\" target=\"_blank\">Johnson 2017<\/a>). Kernpunkt ist hier wieder: <strong>Die Online Community.<\/strong> Finde die Leute, mit denen du dich austauschen m\u00f6chtest, mit denen du Kontakt pflegen m\u00f6chtest. Dabei hilft es offen zu bleiben und vor allem: <strong>Teilen, liken, kommentieren<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zusammenarbeit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Folie14-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1494\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Folie14-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Folie14-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Folie14-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Folie14.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption> Blogging kann die Zusammenarbeit in (virtuellen) Teams st\u00e4rken. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit durch den stabilen und kontinuierlichen Online-Auftritt kann die <strong>Kooperation in virtuellen Teams<\/strong> erleichtern. Es wird Vertrauen in die Person geschaffen, die Teammitglieder k\u00f6nnen einen besser einsch\u00e4tzen und wissen, wie sie auf einen zugehen k\u00f6nnen. Die Unsicherheit wird reduziert.
