Ein L\u00f6sungansatz an so mancher Hochschule ist das &#8220;duale Format&#8221; und &#8220;hybrid learning&#8221;. Was ist das eigentlich? Und hat das was mit dem &#8220;dualen Studium&#8221; zu tun? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;und was ist eigentlich mit blended learning? Hilft das nicht auch in dieser Situation? August 2020<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Covid19 came to stay for a while<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Okay, das m\u00fcssen wir nun wirklich alle akzeptieren:<strong> Covid19 ist da und wird leider noch eine Weile Thema bleiben<\/strong>. Es hei\u00dft nun: Wie k\u00f6nnen wir das beste aus der Situation machen? Im Herbst ist <strong>DER L\u00f6sungsansatz <\/strong>vieler Hochschulen: &#8220;<strong>Dual&#8221; und &#8220;hybrid&#8221; unterrichten<\/strong>. Aber da gibt es durchaus ein paar T\u00fccken. Und die erste T\u00fccke ist direkt: <strong>Was ist verstehen wir darunter? Meinen wir das gleiche? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Duales Lernen, hybrid, blended &#8211; \u00e4hm, was jetzt?<\/h3>\n\n\n\t<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-gif aligncenter\">\n\t\t<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-gif-wrapper\" style=\"padding-top:54%\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<iframe src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/gKsJUddjnpPG0\" title=\"confused\"><\/iframe>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<figcaption class=\"wp-block-jetpack-gif-caption gallery-caption\">Ein Vorgaben und Empfehlungs-Dschungel der (Hoch)schulen: Wie soll ich jetzt unterrichten? Dual? Hybrid? Ist das jetzt etwas anderes als blended learning? HELP!<\/figcaption>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n\n<p>Ein gewisses <strong>Begriffs-WirrWarr<\/strong> erf\u00fcllt die K\u00f6pfe der Lehrenden (und Lernenden). Was ist nun was? Und was plane ich zu tun? Wie hei\u00dft das dann? Hier ein kurzer \u00dcberblick:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hybrides Lernen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>H\u00e4ufig wird heute der Begriff des&nbsp;<strong>Hybridunterrichts<\/strong>&nbsp;verwendet. Er bezeichnet die Mischform aus Pr\u00e4senz- und Distanzlernen, die nach dem vor\u00fcbergehenden Lockdown der Schulen in der Corona-Krise in der Phase der Wiederaufnahme des Unterrichts umgesetzt werden musste.<\/em><\/p><cite><a href=\"https:\/\/spark.adobe.com\/page\/y5t1X9V4jL39R\/\">(Ines Bieler 2020)<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blended Learning<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>&#8230;all types of education that include some aspect of face-to-face learning and online learning are being described as blended learning in the&nbsp;literature.<\/em><\/p><cite><a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s11528-019-00375-5\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(Hrastinski 2019)<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Die &#8220;blended learning&#8221; Definition ist sehr allgemein, es gibt viele Varianten von blended learning (zB flipped classrom).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und wie man hier an den Definitionen merkt: <strong>Hybrid und blended &#8211; damit ist das gleiche gemeint.<\/strong> Einige m\u00f6gen hier Unterschiede definieren wollen, andere benutzen die Begriffe austauschbar. N\u00e4heres kann dazu auch im Paper von <a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s11528-019-00375-5\">Hrastinski (2019) &#8220;What Do We Mean by Blended Learning?&#8221; (Open Access)<\/a> nachgelesen werden. Aber nun zum dualen Lernen&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duales Lernen w\u00e4hrend Covid19<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nicht zu verwechseln ist der Begriff mit dem <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/2019\/06\/07\/das-duale-studium-in-estland\/\"><strong>dualen Studium!<\/strong> <\/a><strong>Es ist leider etwas irref\u00fchrend. <\/strong>W\u00e4hrend Covid19 wurde an der Donau Universit\u00e4t Krems mit verschiedenen Begriffen experimentiert: Zuerst sprach man von <strong>hybrid<\/strong>. Dann von <strong>&#8220;dual&#8221;<\/strong>. Mit dual ist gemeint, dass in Pr\u00e4senz ein Teil der Lernenden-Gruppe vor Ort ist, und ein anderer Teil der Lernenden-Gruppe online zugeschaltet wird, via Livestream und anderen digitalen Tools. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-wordpress wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-isabell-goes-edu-tech\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"mHwJLZZsLm\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/2019\/07\/03\/dual-studieren-in-osterreich\/\">Duale Tagung zum dualen Studium in \u00d6sterrich<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"&#8220;Duale Tagung zum dualen Studium in \u00d6sterrich&#8221; &#8212; Isabell&#039;s EdTech Insights\" src=\"https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/2019\/07\/03\/dual-studieren-in-osterreich\/embed\/#?secret=Bst0nKP1H1#?secret=mHwJLZZsLm\" data-secret=\"mHwJLZZsLm\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><figcaption>2019 habe ich mit meinen KollegInnen mit &#8220;dualen&#8221; Formaten experimentiert. Das war den Vorgaben des EU Projekts ApprEnt geschuldet: Wir MUSSTEN eine Tagung in Pr\u00e4senz organisieren, die Teilnehmenden aber aus ganz \u00d6sterreich nach Krems zu bringen w\u00e4re schwierig gewesen. Anreise, Abreise etc &#8211; wer hat Zeit f\u00fcr sowas? \u00dcbrigens war die Tagung im doppelten Sinne dual: Dual organisiert und \u00fcber das duale Studium \ud83d\ude42<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Letztes Jahr konnte ich mit der dualen Tagung f\u00fcr <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/2019\/10\/16\/apprenticeships-for-lifelong-learners\/\">ApprEnt<\/a> bereits Erfahrungen sammeln und im n\u00e4chsten Blogpost werde ich 4 Tipps verraten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dual, wie geht das?<\/h2>\n\n\n\t<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-gif aligncenter\">\n\t\t<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-gif-wrapper\" style=\"padding-top:66%\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<iframe src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/w85OYSOzXQaiVzZswl\" title=\"streaming\"><\/iframe>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<figcaption class=\"wp-block-jetpack-gif-caption gallery-caption\">Wie kann &#8220;dual&#8221; mehr als nur streamen sein?<\/figcaption>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/figure>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\n\n<p>Eines ist klar: Wir haben damals ein <strong>Plenar-Szenario<\/strong> &#8220;dual&#8221; pilotiert, sprich Vortr\u00e4ge und Diskussion mit Teilnehmenden, die teilweise in Pr\u00e4senz da waren und teilweise online. Das hat ganz gut funktioniert, hat aber auch seine <strong>Herausforderungen<\/strong>. Es wurde nicht <strong>gemeinsam gearbeitet bzw. zusammengearbeitet<\/strong> (war auch nicht unbedingt n\u00f6tig im Plenar-Szenario). Aber genau <strong>DAS<\/strong> ist ganz wichtig, wenn man f\u00fcr sich und f\u00fcr die Lernenden wirklich ein gutes Lernerlebnis schaffen will, das \u00fcber ein Plenar-Szenario hinaus geht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ausblick<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meine <strong>Tipps<\/strong> f\u00fcr dual gef\u00fchrte Module bzw.
