{"id":2034,"date":"2022-10-21T16:49:17","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T14:49:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/isabellgru.eu\/?p=2034"},"modified":"2024-04-24T17:08:15","modified_gmt":"2024-04-24T15:08:15","slug":"schnelleinfuhrung-lerndesign-fur-offene-bildungsressourcen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/2022\/10\/21\/schnelleinfuhrung-lerndesign-fur-offene-bildungsressourcen\/","title":{"rendered":"Schnelleinf\u00fchrung: Lerndesign f\u00fcr offene Bildungsressourcen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Im Rahmen des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oeaw.ac.at\/de\/acdh\/events\/veranstaltungsreihen\/acdh-ch-tool-gallery-82\">Workshops &#8220;Teaching Digital Humanities&#8221;<\/a> des Austrian Centre for Digital Humanities and Cultural Heritage (ACDH-CH) durfte ich einen Beitrag zum Thema &#8220;Design for Learning: Lernressourcen und -aktivit\u00e4ten lernendenzentriert entwickeln&#8221; teilen. Am 17.10.2022 hab ich eine 90-min\u00fctige Schnelleinf\u00fchrung in die Welt des Lerndesigns f\u00fcr Geisteswissenschaftler*innen angeboten. Das Ziel: Die Entwicklung hochwertiger, lernendenzentrierter und an verschiedene Lerndesigns und Bildungswege (formal, non-formal, informell) anschlussf\u00e4hige <a href=\"https:\/\/open-educational-resources.de\/was-ist-oer-3-2\/\">offene Bildungsressourcen<\/a> zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In meiner Pr\u00e4sentation habe ich auf das <strong>didaktische Design als Prozess sowie als Produkt <\/strong>Bezug genommen. Eine Lerndesign-Vorlage soll bei der Entwicklung und Einbettung von <a href=\"https:\/\/open-educational-resources.de\/was-ist-oer-3-2\/\">Open Educational Ressources (OER<\/a>) in einen breiten Bildungskontext unterst\u00fctzen. Sie soll helfen, die Lernenden als Zielgruppe in die Entwicklung von Lernressourcen und -aktivit\u00e4ten zu ber\u00fccksichtigen. Ich habe den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.donau-uni.ac.at\/de\/universitaet\/fakultaeten\/bildung-kunst-architektur\/departments\/weiterbildungsforschung-bildungstechnologien\/news-veranstaltungen\/news\/2021\/digicults--agile-lerndesignentwicklung-fuer-maszgeschneiderte-lernangebote0.html\">Prozess des didaktischen Designs<\/a> der <a href=\"https:\/\/academy.digicults.eu\/\">OER Kurse<\/a> im Rahmen des ErasmusPlus<a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/tag\/digicults\/\"> Projekts DigiCulTS<\/a> vorgestellt, insbesondere den dort angewandten <strong>Persona-Ansatz<\/strong> f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung von Empathie und Lernendenzentrierung beschrieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zielgruppenanalyse mit Personas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie kann man mehr \u00fcber die Zielgruppe erfahren? Welche <strong>Pr\u00e4ferenzen<\/strong> und welches<strong> Vorwissen<\/strong> haben die Lernenden? Wo &#8220;dr\u00fcckt der Schuh&#8221; der Lernenden, <strong>welche Probleme<\/strong> m\u00f6chten sie l\u00f6sen und <strong>welche Ziele<\/strong> erreichen? Diese Informationen sollten genutzt werden, um das didaktische Design <strong>lernenzenzentriert<\/strong> zu erstellen. Ich habe versucht, &#8220;Pain Points&#8221;, Stimmung, Herausforderungen sowie Gef\u00fchle der Zielgruppe in der Persona einzufangen, also eine Mischung zwischen Persona und einer <strong>Empathy Map<\/strong> zu erstellen. Dabei habe ich<strong> <\/strong>eine <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/OER_Designvorlage_ToolGallery12102022.docx\">Lerndesign-Vorlage<\/a><\/strong> vorgestellt. Zuerst einmal dazu, was OER alles sein k\u00f6nnte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Open Educational Resources k\u00f6nnen einzelne Materialien aber auch komplette Kurse oder B\u00fccher umfassen. Jedes Medium kann verwendet werden. Lehrpl\u00e4ne, Kursmaterialien, Lehrb\u00fccher, Streaming-Videos, Multimediaanwendungen, Podcasts \u2013 all diese Ressourcen sind OER, wenn sie unter einer offenen Lizenz ver\u00f6ffentlicht werden.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p><cite><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unesco.de\/bildung\/open-educational-resources.html\">(Quelle: UNESCO Definition)<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Das hei\u00dft demnach auch, dass <strong>OER auf verschiedenen didaktischen Gestaltungsebenen (siehe Folie 8)<\/strong> angesiedelt werden k\u00f6nnen. In jedem Fall macht es Sinn, die Einbettung von OER in die didaktischen Gestaltungsebenen explizit zu formulieren. Auf welche Art, in welchen Modi, in welchem Moment des Lernprozesses w\u00fcrdest du empfehlen, das von dir erstellte OER zu nutzen? Diese Aspekte anzugeben, hilft auch dabei den Einsatz des OER zu optimieren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was denkst du?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was beachtest du bei der Planung und bei der Verbreitung von OER?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit meine ich jetzt nicht die Lizensierung, sondern ich interessiere ich mich hier besonders daf\u00fcr, welche Informationen du den zuk\u00fcnftigen Usern (Lernenden, Lehrenden, etc.) mitgibst als Empfehlung f\u00fcr den Einsatz der OER? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du OER planst, denkst du die didaktische Einbettung mit? Oder passiert das sowieso, weil du die OER aus einer didaktischen Planung &#8220;herausbrichst&#8221; und damit die Einbettung klar ist? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sind deine OER eher zum Konsumieren da oder regen sie zum aktiven Handeln ein?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p> Welche kognitiven Prozesse regen deine OER meist an? Erinnern, verstehen, anwenden, analysieren, evaluieren? OER f\u00fcr h\u00f6here kognitive Prozesse &#8211; ist das eine Herausforderung? Wie k\u00f6nnten wir dieser begegnen? Ich bin auf deine Eindr\u00fccke und Erfahrungen gespannt, bitte Kommentare da lassen \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Behind the Scenes: Projekthintergrund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich versuche meine verschiedenen Projekte miteinander zu<strong> vernetzten<\/strong> und die verschiedenen Outputs und Prozessschritte in verschiedenen Settings <strong>wiederzuverwenden<\/strong>. Dabei spielen OER-Lizenzen eine wichtige Rolle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/compass_logo-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/compass_logo-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2046\" width=\"264\" height=\"110\"\/><\/a><figcaption><a href=\"https:\/\/compass-project.md\/\">https:\/\/compass-project.md\/<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit dem <strong>Persona-Ansatz<\/strong> habe erstmals vor 4 Jahren in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/index.php\/2019\/02\/07\/compass-towards-lll-in-higher-education\/\">COMPASS<\/a> gearbeitet, mein damaliger <strong>Kollege <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wolfgangrauter.com\/\">Wolfgang Rauter<\/a>,<\/strong> der unter anderem ein Experte im Bereich Webdesign und Grafikdesign ist, hat damals in einem COMPASS Workshop f\u00fcr moldawische Rektor*innen den Persona-Ansatz eingebracht. <strong>Im Webdesign<\/strong> ist der Persona-Ansatz schon l\u00e4nger verbreitet, ebenso im Marketing. Dort haben wir diese genutzt um die offenen Kurse f\u00fcr kleine und mittlere Unternehmen in ganz Europa zu entwickeln, eine ziemliche Herausforderung mit so einer gro\u00dfen Zielgruppe und so verschiedenen Projektpartner*innen, die mitentwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben<strong> COMPASS<\/strong> und<strong> DigiCulTS<\/strong> habe ich aber auch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jku.at\/lit-open-innovation-center\/art-science\/lehre-forschung\/\"><strong>TRANSFORM<\/strong><\/a> Projekt-Produkte genutzt.
