Dabei kann sich der\/die Lernende zur\u00fccklehnen und erstmal einen Kaffee trinken. Kaffee ausgetrunken &#8211; alle Aufgaben und Test erledigt. Klingt ein bisschen wie Science Fiction, ist aber heute schon m\u00f6glich. Die Frage ist nicht mehr <em><strong>ob<\/strong><\/em> das m\u00f6glich ist, sondern: <strong>Was machen wir jetzt damit im Bildungsbereich? Wie kann Lernen sichergestellt, angeregt werden?  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ist neu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>KI hat nicht nur Antworten \u2013 sie handelt selbst.<\/strong> <br>Dass Studierende KI nutzen, um Aufgaben zu l\u00f6sen, ist l\u00e4ngst bekannt. Schon mit klassischen Large Language Models (LLMs) wie ChatGPT konnten sie sich beim Schreiben von Essays, beim L\u00f6sen von Aufgaben oder beim Formulieren von Antworten unterst\u00fctzen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Neu ist jedoch der sogenannte Agentenmodus:<\/strong><br>KI-Modelle handeln eigenst\u00e4ndig: Sie klicken sich durch Webseiten, loggen sich in Lernplattformen ein, recherchieren Quellen, kopieren Aufgaben, generieren Antworten und laden sie hoch. Ohne zus\u00e4tzlichen Prompt. Ohne Aufsicht. Ohne menschlichen Zwischenschritt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agentic AI im Praxistext in einer Articulate Rise Umgebung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im aktuellen Video der <em>ResearchShorts<\/em>-Reihe wird demonstriert, wie ein ChatGPT-Agent selbstst\u00e4ndig in einem Onlinekurs agiert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Er navigiert durch eine \u00f6ffentlich Articulate Rise Umgebung <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>liest Inhalte<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bearbeitet Aufgaben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gibt R\u00fcckmeldungen und das alles <strong>komplett automatisiert<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In kurzer Zeit erledigt die KI das, was Studierende sonst Stunden kostet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"video-container\"><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JgTI8jy78Z8?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erste Reaktion: \u201eWas k\u00f6nnen wir dagegen tun?\u201c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viele Lehrende und Hochschulen reagieren auf solche Szenarien mit dem Prinzip <strong>\u201eFriction by Design\u201c<\/strong>, also dem gezielten Einbau von H\u00fcrden, die automatisiertes Verhalten erschweren sollen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zeitversetzte Freischaltungen von Kursinhalten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pflicht zu Peer-Review oder Gruppenarbeit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reflexionsaufgaben mit pers\u00f6nlichem Bezug<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abgabeformate wie Audio, Video oder Handschrift<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse von Aktivit\u00e4tsverl\u00e4ufen und Einreichmustern<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wenn \u201eFriction\u201c keine echte L\u00f6sung ist&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Realit\u00e4t ist: <strong>Agentic AI kann viele dieser H\u00fcrden simulieren oder umgehen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zeitversetzter Kurszugang? \u2192 Der Agent loggt sich t\u00e4glich ein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peer-Reviews? \u2192 Der Agent \u00fcbernimmt zwei Rollen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handschrift? \u2192 Es existieren Tools, die KI-generierte Inhalte in echte Handschrift \u00fcberf\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pers\u00f6nliche Reflexion? \u2192 Sprachlich nachgeahmt \u2013 und oft ausreichend \u00fcberzeugend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <strong>\u201eFriction by Design\u201c verlangsamt \u2013 aber verhindert nicht.<\/strong> Der wissenschaftliche Diskurs rund um <em>positive Friction<\/em> (z.\u202fB. <a href=\"https:\/\/arxiv.org\/abs\/2402.09683\">Chen &amp; Schmidt, 2024<\/a>) macht deutlich: Reibung kann didaktisch sinnvoll sein, etwa wenn sie Reflexion anregt oder \u00fcber Komplexit\u00e4t zum Nachdenken f\u00fchrt. Wird Friction jedoch <strong>rein als H\u00fcrde<\/strong> eingesetzt, l\u00e4sst sie sich von Agenten <strong>imitieren, umgehen oder neutralisieren<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Friction in der KI selbst?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein n\u00e4chster Denk-Schritt liegt auf der Hand: <strong>Warum bauen wir Friktion nicht direkt <em>in<\/em> die KI ein \u2013 statt sie nur um die KI herum zu gestalten?<\/strong> Das Konzept sogenannter <em>Reflective Agents<\/em> oder <em>Embedded Friction<\/em> wird zunehmend erforscht. Die Idee: <strong>KI soll nicht nur handeln. Sie soll zum Innehalten, Nachfragen, Z\u00f6gern, Reflektieren<\/strong> anregen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konkret k\u00f6nnte das bedeuten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die KI stellt R\u00fcckfragen (\u201eM\u00f6chtest du das automatisiert l\u00f6sen oder selbst bearbeiten?\u201c)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie erzeugt Perspektivwechsel (\u201eWie w\u00fcrde jemand mit einer anderen Meinung argumentieren?\u201c)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie bricht Routinen (\u201eDiese L\u00f6sung wirkt sehr glatt. Wollen wir sie gemeinsam pr\u00fcfen?\u201c)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In der oben genannten Studie von <a href=\"https:\/\/arxiv.org\/abs\/2402.09683\">Chen &amp; Schmidt (2024)<\/a> wird diskutiert, wie <strong>Friction als aktivierendes Element in KI-Agenten<\/strong> integriert werden kann: Nicht als Blockade, sondern als Anreiz. <em>Die Idee: Eine gute KI bremst sich selbst. Nicht, um zu behindern, sondern um das Reflektieren, Lernen zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/em> Denn: Technische Friktion wird ohne soziale oder motivationale Verankerung tendenziell unterlaufen. Das zeigt etwa das Beispiel aus einem anderen KI-Anwendungsbereich, der <strong>Autosteer-Warnungen<\/strong> in Teslas: Fahrer:innen m\u00fcssen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig das Lenkrad ber\u00fchren, sonst ert\u00f6nt eine Warnung. Ziel dabei ist: Aufmerksamkeit, Sicherheit, kein blindes Vertrauen in den Autopilot. ABER: Nutzer:innen haben das Friction-Design <strong>aktiv umgangen<\/strong>, etwa durch Gewichte am Lenkrad. (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/technology\/2023\/07\/07\/tesla-fsd-autopilot-wheel-weights\/\">Siddiqui, 2023<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Und jetzt?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agentic AI wird nicht verschwinden. Im Gegenteil: Sie wird leistungsf\u00e4higer, zug\u00e4nglicher und allt\u00e4glicher. Die entscheidende Frage ist also nicht mehr, wie wir sie aufhalten k\u00f6nnen, sondern:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wie gestalten wir Bildung so, dass sie menschliches Lernen f\u00f6rdert, auch wenn KI in der Lage ist, Lernprozesse zu simulieren oder zu \u00fcbernehmen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eFriction by Design\u201c mag kurzfristig helfen, aber langfristig braucht es mehr:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Didaktisches Umdenken<\/strong>, das Reflexion und Transfer ins Zentrum stellt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>KI-Modelle<\/strong>, die selbst zum Nachdenken anregen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lehr- und Lernkulturen<\/strong>, die nicht nur Ergebnisse bewerten, sondern Denkprozesse sichtbar machen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kernaussage<\/strong>: <strong>Friction ist wirksam, wenn sie p\u00e4dagogisch sinnvoll eingebettet ist und idealerweise von der KI selbst mitgetragen wird.<\/strong> <strong>Reine Sperren helfen wenig, es braucht eine soziale und motivationale Grundlage.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vielleicht ist die Agentic AI nicht unser gr\u00f6\u00dfter Gegner, sondern ein Katalysator, der uns zwingt, <strong>neu zu fragen, was Lernen eigentlich bedeuten soll.<\/strong> Und vielleicht bedeutet das ein Ende von langweiligen und wenig effektiven Klick-Schulungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frage an euch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wie nutzt ihr den Friction-Ansatz in euren Lernumgebungen?<\/strong> Was hat bisher gut funktioniert und wo sto\u00dft ihr an Grenzen?
