Er hat dabei \u00fcber unsere Erfahrungen im Projekt <a href=\"http:\/\/imbstudent.donau-uni.ac.at\/isabellgru\/index.php\/2016\/12\/16\/3-years-of-valeru\/\">VALERU<\/a> berichtet und n\u00e4chste Schritte im Projekt <a href=\"http:\/\/imbstudent.donau-uni.ac.at\/isabellgru\/index.php\/2016\/12\/20\/kompetenzen-anerkennen-und-inklusion-foerdern\/\">VINCE<\/a> besprochen, das mit Anfang des Jahres gestartet hat. Dabei hat er unter anderem auch die Bedeutung von <strong>ePortfolios<\/strong> f\u00fcr Anerkennungsprozesse hervorgehoben.<\/p>\n<p>Auch andere f\u00fcr die Anerkennung von Vorwissen relevante Aspekte hat Herr Baumgartner angesprochen: Der nationale Qualifikationsrahmen, Lernergebnisse, Communities of Practice, Singularit\u00e4ts-Hypothese, gesellschaftliche Teilhabe, Inklusion in die Gesellschaft,&#8230;etc<\/p>\n<h3>Besonders interessant&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p>&#8230;finde ich, dass Herr Baumgartner die <strong>Automatisierung und Rationalisierung<\/strong> am Arbeitsmarkt angesprochen hat. Immer mehr Berufe k\u00f6nnen in Zukunft durch Programme ausgef\u00fchrt werden und diese k\u00f6nnten die Jobs sogar fehlerfreier als Menschen ausf\u00fchren. Dies\u00a0kann zu hoher Arbeitslosigkeit f\u00fchren.
