In diesem Blogpost erkl\u00e4re ich was die Grundidee von Mustersprachen ist und welche Bedeutung diese f\u00fcr das Wissensmanagement haben.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Zu Beginn ging es darum:<\/strong> Wie kann ich Menschen, die nicht erfahrene\u00a0Architekten sind, erm\u00f6glichen, auch in der Gestaltung der Lebensr\u00e4ume mitzuwirken? Nicht jeder kann Architektur, Inneneinrichtung, Bautechnik, etc. studieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eine weitere Frage war dabei auch:<\/strong> Wie kann man sch\u00f6ne, passende, praktische bzw. &#8220;gute&#8221; Lebensr\u00e4ume entwickeln?<\/p>\n<p>Der Architekt Christopher Alexander wollte dabei Laien sowie ExpertInnen dabei helfen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Essenz bew\u00e4hrter L\u00f6sungen zu <strong>organisieren<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>diese in einer verst\u00e4ndlichen, ganzheitlicher Form <strong>festzuhalten<\/strong> und dadurch<\/li>\n<li>die <strong>Kommunikation<\/strong> zwischen allen Beteiligten bei der Gestaltung von Lebensr\u00e4umen zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_502\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/imbstudent.donau-uni.ac.at\/isabellgru\/index.php\/2017\/03\/25\/wissensmanagement-durch-mustersprachen\/leaf-1209927_1920\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-502\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-502\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-502\" src=\"http:\/\/imbstudent.donau-uni.ac.at\/isabellgru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/leaf-1209927_1920-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Muster\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/leaf-1209927_1920-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/leaf-1209927_1920-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/leaf-1209927_1920-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.isabellgru.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/leaf-1209927_1920.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-502\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Muster in der Natur: Jedes Blatt ist einzigartig, dass alles nach einem gewissen Muster aufgebaut ist, ist kein Widerspruch dazu.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Dadurch kann wird die gesellschaftliche Teilhabe gef\u00f6rdert &#8211; Wissen (in Form von Muster bew\u00e4hrter L\u00f6sungen) wird f\u00fcr ALLE Menschen zug\u00e4nglich und nutzbar! Wissen ist f\u00fcr ALLE da! Die Musterbewegung steht deswegen der <strong>Open-Source-Bewegung<\/strong> sehr nahe.<\/p>\n<p>Muster werden dabei nicht als Vorlage verstanden, sondern als <strong>Struktur bzw. Konfiguration<\/strong>,\u00a0die Anschluss an verschiedenste individuelle Situationen finden kann. Erfahrungswissen kann durch <strong>&#8220;Pattern Mining&#8221;<\/strong> explizit gemacht werden, auf eine Art, die so ganzheitlich wie m\u00f6glich ist.<\/p>\n<h4>Das Muster beinhaltet folgende Elemente:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Titel<\/li>\n<li>Visualisierung (Bild &#8211; f\u00fcr ganzheitliches Verst\u00e4ndnis elementar!)<\/li>\n<li>Kontext<\/li>\n<li>Das Problem<\/li>\n<li>Die L\u00f6sung<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ein Muster kann auch weitere hilfreiche Elemente beinhalten, die hilfreich sind: Etwa Schlagw\u00f6rter bzw. Metatags, Quellen, verschiedene L\u00f6sungsmuster, verwandte Muster, etc. Mehr dazu kann man auch <a href=\"http:\/\/www.designmatrix.com\/pl\/anatomy.html\">HIER<\/a> lesen!<\/p>\n<p>Es bietet sich gro\u00dfes Potential f\u00fcr das <strong>Wissensmanagement in Organisationen<\/strong>, Erfahrungswissen in Muster zu erfassen. Ein Musternetz kann entstehen, das als Wissensspeicher f\u00fcr MitarbeiterInnen mit verschiedenem Erfahrungshintergrund zur Verf\u00fcgung steht und die Kommunikation bzw. Basis f\u00fcr Verst\u00e4ndnis wird damit gest\u00e4rkt. Aber auch f\u00fcr <strong>pers\u00f6nliches Wissensmanagement<\/strong> bietet die Mustersprache M\u00f6glichkeiten, Erfahrungswissen zu explizieren und damit sichtbar zu machen. Ich habe dazu einen <a href=\"http:\/\/imbstudent.donau-uni.ac.at\/isabellgru\/index.php\/2016\/11\/03\/a-pattern-language-for-tacit-knowledge-puarl2016\/\">Artikel bei der PUARL 2016 <\/a>pr\u00e4sentiert, der auch online verf\u00fcgbar ist.
