Wird diese Botschaft nicht gelebt, so k\u00f6nnte dies mitunter ein Grund sein, wieso ePortfolios in manchen Settings nicht funktionieren. Das Gef\u00fchl der Wertsch\u00e4tzung muss von der Lehrperson transportiert werden, dass die Lernenden etwas Wertvolles, Erhaltenswertes im ePortfolio archivieren. Eine Kultur der Anerkennung und Wertsch\u00e4tzung muss entwickelt, gepflegt und von den Lernenden internalisiert werden!<\/p>\n
