Was ist eigentlich MicroLearning?<\/h3>\n

Ich habe vor ein paar Wochen meinen ersten Learningsnack<\/a>\u00a0und damit meine erste MicroLearning-Einheit gestaltet. Dabei kann man in einer relativ kurzen Zeitspanne etwas Neues lernen! In “meinem” Learning Snack<\/a> ging es um lernendenzentriertes Lehren und Lernen.<\/p>\n

Strukturiertes und unstrukturiertes Lernen<\/h3>\n

LearningSnacks dienen als gutes Beispiel f\u00fcr MicroLearning: Es wird h\u00e4ppchenweise, angepasst an die individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Voraussetzungen, gelernt. Dabei ist sind LearningSnacks dem strukturierten MicroLearning<\/strong> zuzuordnen, da die Lernumgebung vorstrukturiert ist.<\/p>\n

MicroLearning passiert aber auch sehr oft, wahrscheinlich viel \u00f6fter, auf unstrukturierte Weise<\/strong>,\u00a0etwa beim Durchst\u00f6bern auf Twitter oder Facebook.<\/p>\n

Wissenslandkarte: Wie ich MicroLearning nutze<\/h3>\n

Ich habe mir etwas genauer dar\u00fcber Gedanken gemacht, wie ich selbst MicroLearning im Alltag nutze und habe dazu eine Wissenslandkarte erstellt.<\/p>\n

Dabei habe ich mir genauer angesehen, was<\/strong> ich durch MicroLearning \u00fcblicherweise lerne, wie<\/strong> ich es lerne, wo<\/strong> und mit welchen<\/strong> Ger\u00e4ten:<\/p>\n

Bei der Kategorie “wo” habe ich meine MicroLern-Orte in drei Kategorien geteilt: Zuhause, in der Arbeit\/auf der FH und unterwegs. Dabei wurde mir wieder einmal bewusst, wie wichtig das Smartphone f\u00fcr mich ist.<\/p>\n

Es wird oft vermutet, dass man am Handy “bummelt” oder sich die Zeit vertreibt. Ich nutze das Handy oft im Arbeits- und Lernkontext, um Informationen und Erkenntnisse zu teilen oder zu finden.<\/p>\n
