Auch ich als Vertreterin der Donau Universit\u00e4t Krems war dabei, gemeinsam mit unserem Vertreter vom Senat der Wirtschaft, Herrn Robert Frasch. Das Idee ist dabei dass eine Art &#8220;Lehr&#8221;-System daf\u00fcr genutzt werden kann &#8211; Lehre ist auf Englisch &#8220;Apprenticeship&#8221; &#8211; der Projekt-Name &#8220;ApprEnt&#8221; setzt ist dabei aus &#8220;Apprenticeships&#8221; und &#8220;Enterprises&#8221; zusammen, also Lehre und Unternehmen.<\/p>\n<p>In \u00d6sterreich gibt es bereits einige Versuche zu diesem Konzept, das &#8220;duale Studium&#8221;. KMUs waren bisher nicht in Kontakt mit Universit\u00e4ten, dem Uni-System und seiner Arbeitsweise. Genauso wissen Unis oftmals nicht, wie KMUs denken, was ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse sind. Hier m\u00fcssen Br\u00fccken gebaut werden, ein Verst\u00e4ndnis und Vertrauen zueinander.<\/p>\n<h2>Was ist Lehre auf Hochschul-Niveau?<\/h2>\n<p>Nein, es ist nicht gemeint, eine Lehre in der Hochschule zu machen, sondern eher, dass Studierende, parallel an der Uni lernen und im Betrieb arbeiten. Es gibt dabei typischerweise abwechselnde Praxis und Theorie Phasen. Die Praxis findet im Unternehmen, die Theorie an der Uni statt. Das bedeutet, dass es hier darum geht, auf einem h\u00f6heren Level auszubilden, also laut <a href=\"http:\/\/imbstudent.donau-uni.ac.at\/isabellgru\/index.php\/2016\/08\/12\/nqr\/\">Nationalem Qualifikationsrahmen<\/a> auf Level 6 und 7, je nachdem ob es ein Bachelor- oder Master-Programm ist.<\/p>\n<h2>Was ist dabei f\u00fcr die Hochschule drin?<\/h2>\n<p>Hochschulen sollen kompetenzorientiertes Lernen und Lehren f\u00f6rdern. Ohne Praxiserfahrungen geht das nicht. Schon jetzt gibt es viele Projekt-Phasen in Studien oder verpflichtende Praktika. Nun geht es einen Schritt weiter: Informelles Lernen am Arbeitsplatz verbindet sich mit formalem Lernen an der Uni, \u00e4hnlich wie in der Lehre, wie wir sie bereits kennen in \u00d6sterreich. Es soll nicht nur eine kurze, abgetrennte Praxisphase im Rahmen eines Praktikums sein, sondern eine dauerhafte Anstellung, das ein Ausbildungsprogramm (auf Kompetenzen im Bachelor\/Master Level) beinhaltet. In diesem Rahmen k\u00f6nnen die Studierenden ihr eher theoretisches Wissen aus der Uni in der Praxis erproben. Kompetenzorientiertes Lernen und Lehren ist damit keine leere Worth\u00fclle mehr, sondern gelebte Praxis.<\/p>\n<h2>Was ist dabei f\u00fcr Unternehmen drin?<\/h2>\n<p>Unternehmen, gerade KMUs, sind oftmals dauerhaft im Zug- und Ver\u00e4nderungszwang. Digitale Technologien ver\u00e4ndern die Kommunikation, den Konsum, die Produktentwicklung, die Werbung, etc. Schlagwort: LLL &#8211; lifelong learning, lebensbegleitendes Lernen. KMUs k\u00f6nnen sich &#8220;Wissenstransfer&#8221; erwarten, neue, innovative Zug\u00e4nge und die Entwicklung der Arbeitskr\u00e4fte und MitarbeiterInnen der Zukunft. Essentielle Punkte, um wettbewerbsf\u00e4hig zu sein.<\/p>\n<h2>Was ist f\u00fcr Studierende drin?<\/h2>\n<p>Studierende k\u00f6nnen Praxiserfahrungen mit Theorie verbinden und Kompetenzen entwickeln, mit denen sie direkt in bestimmten Positionen in Betrieben einsteigen k\u00f6nnen. Im Bewerbungsprozess ist dies sicherlich von Vorteil. Man hat nicht nur einen akademischen Abschluss, sondern wei\u00df auch, wie man all dieses Wissen praktisch einsetzen kann. Im Rahmen eines dualem Studiums werden dabei auch F\u00e4higkeiten zum lebensbegleitendem Lernen aufgebaut &#8211; wie man Arbeitserfahrungen reflektiert und daraus lernt und das Gelernte nutzbar machen kann, ganz im Sinne des &#8220;reflective practitioner&#8221; nach Donald D. Sch\u00f6n. Dies ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die pers\u00f6nliche Kompetenzentwicklung im Rahmen der eigenen Professionalisierung.<\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer Pluspunkt, der nicht zu verachten ist: Studierende in dualen Studieng\u00e4ngen sind oftmals bei den Partnerunternehmen angestellt und verdienen bereits Geld bzw. k\u00f6nnen sich dadurch ihr Leben und ihr Studium finanzieren.<\/p>\n<h2>Was braucht es zur Verwirklichung?<\/h2>\n<p>Zuerst m\u00fcssen Unternehmen und Universit\u00e4ten dieselbe Sprache sprechen, es braucht Kommunikation und Vertrauen. Universit\u00e4ten m\u00fcssen zeigen, dass sie offen f\u00fcr die Zusammenarbeit und Ideen von KMUs sind bez\u00fcglich der Entwicklung eines dualen Studienprogramms. Es geht um Awareness-Building, also das Bewusstsein daf\u00fcr zu schaffen, dass Zusammenarbeit dieser Art m\u00f6glich sind. KMUs k\u00f6nnten sich zusammenfinden, wie in einem Cluster und gemeinsam mit den Hochschulen Studienprogramme entwickeln. Dabei sollen Bed\u00fcrfnisse von allen Beteiligten ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Im Rahmen der Umsetzung k\u00f6nnen Lernformen wie blended learning, ePortfolio, lernendenzentriertes Lernen und Lehren k\u00f6nnen bei der Verbindung von Praxis und Theorie unterst\u00fctzen. Auch die Formulierung von Lernergebnissen\/Lernzielen ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung.
